Creative Rationale

The moderate westerly winds and high humidity suggest moisture suspended in frigid air, while the significant positive temperature anomaly indicates this Arctic location is experiencing an unusual warming event. I've interpreted this as explosive pools of muted earth tones and icy blues concentrated at the canvas edges, with wind-driven splatters reaching inward but leaving vast luminous white space in the center to represent the stark Arctic clarity and the atmospheric pressure's organizing force.
