Creative Rationale
Over the North Atlantic, roughly halfway between Newfoundland and the Azores, moderate winds sweep across relatively high pressure waters under cool but stable conditions. The 10.4 m/s wind from the northeast drives energetic color explosions that radiate outward from multiple centers, while the elevated pressure of 1019.7 Pa creates dense pools of saturated pigment that accumulate at the canvas edges. The cool 14.2K temperature shifts the palette toward deeper, more contemplative blues and greens with bursts of warming yellow, while the 64% humidity adds a sense of atmospheric density through layered translucent washes.
