Creative Rationale

Over the steppes of Kazakhstan, where vast grasslands stretch beneath continental skies, moderate westerly winds carry moisture-laden air across the terrain. The high humidity of 90% and stable pressure create conditions ripe for atmospheric drama, while the moderate wind speed of 7.6 m/s from the west drives my interpretation of Francis's explosive color language. I envision saturated pools of ultramarine and viridian clustering at the canvas edges, propelled by gestural wind-driven splatters, while the luminous white center breathes with the openness of the Central Asian landscape.
