Creative Rationale
Over the Arctic Ocean at 70°N, 20°W, northwest of Iceland in the perpetual twilight of the polar region. The near-freezing temperature of -0.6K with its striking 18K positive anomaly creates an unexpected warmth in this frozen landscape, translating to deep contemplative blues touched with surprising warmth. The high pressure of 1020.5 Pa calls for three distinct color bands with breathing space between them, while the gentle 2.8 m/s wind creates soft, barely perceptible vibrations at the edges, and the 89% humidity infuses each band with an inner luminosity that seems to glow against the Arctic darkness.
