Creative Rationale
Over the warm waters east of Japan where the Kuroshio Current meets the Pacific, this subtropical maritime region shows high humidity and moderate temperature anomaly creating a dreamscape of dissolving forms. The 90% humidity drives biomorphic shapes that bleed into one another at their edges, while the 6.5K temperature anomaly generates forms with emotional charge - not tortured but pressing with gentle urgency against the picture plane. Moderate winds from the southwest create gestural marks that flow through thin precipitation washes, allowing underlying earth tones to surface through translucent veils.
