Creative Rationale
Over the North Atlantic waters west of Portugal and northwest of the Azores, high pressure systems dominate with moderate westerly winds carrying moisture across the open ocean. The elevated pressure creates dense pools of saturated color accumulating at the canvas edges, while the moderate 8.1 m/s wind generates energetic splatters that explode outward but don't quite reach the center. The cold temperature of 16.5K shifts the palette toward muted earth tones punctuated by icy blue accents, with the extreme 97% humidity creating soft, bleeding edges where colors merge and flow into the luminous white space that breathes at the composition's heart.
