Creative Rationale
Over the high Andes of southern Peru and Bolivia, where the extreme altitude creates an unusually low atmospheric pressure and cold temperatures despite the tropical latitude. The exceptionally high pressure gradient of 338.4 Pa/cell demands a dense network of intersecting black lines creating numerous small rectangular cells, while the anomalously cold 2.9K temperature shifts the composition toward blue dominance. The moderate humidity of 49% calls for medium-weight black dividing lines, and the gentle 1.3 m/s wind maintains relatively balanced asymmetry with only slight weighting toward the northwest direction.
