Creative Rationale
Over the Philippine Sea east of the northern Philippines, where warm tropical waters meet shifting atmospheric pressures, high humidity creates a dreamscape of dissolving forms bleeding into one another like memories half-submerged in consciousness. The moderate temperature anomaly generates lyrical floating shapes that drift through the composition with gentle distortion, while light winds manifest as delicate gestural marks threading through translucent washes. The near-normal pressure allows biomorphic forms to float freely in open painterly space, their edges softened by the light precipitation that dissolves underlying structures into atmospheric veils.
