Creative Rationale
Over the remote Southern Ocean southeast of the Kerguelen Islands, where frigid Antarctic waters meet powerful westerly winds, the atmosphere carries an intense cold signature at 10.4 Kelvin with high pressure systems creating stable yet dynamic conditions. The extreme cold temperature drives a palette of deep midnight blues and obsidian blacks, while the high pressure (1023.7 Pa) calls for three contemplative bands with breathing space between them. The moderate wind speed of 13.4 m/s and high humidity of 78% create softly vibrating edges with an inner luminosity that seems to glow against the polar darkness.
