Creative Rationale
Above the vast steppes of Central Asia, where Kazakhstan meets the Tibetan plateau, an extremely cold atmospheric anomaly (-14.3K from normal) creates a tortured, crystalline tension in the air. The low humidity (20%) and gentle easterly winds shape biomorphic forms that maintain their edges with anguished precision, while the moderate pressure allows these spectral shapes to float in compressed yet breathing space.
