Creative Rationale
Over the high Altai Mountains in Central Asia, where Siberia meets Mongolia and China, extreme atmospheric conditions create a harsh yet vibrant energy. The exceptionally low pressure of 893.7 Pa combined with strong northwest winds at 9.5 m/s drives an explosive outward burst of color, while the bitter cold temperature of 30K (-243°C) creates vivid, almost electric saturated hues that seem to crystallize at the canvas edges. The dry 28% humidity and absence of precipitation allow for expansive luminous white space in the center, with color pools accumulating dramatically around the perimeter like frozen paint splatters caught mid-flight.
