Creative rationale

The extreme cold with surprisingly warm anomalies creates atmospheric instability, while moderate humidity veils the scene in mist. I interpret this through Lewis's calligraphic abstraction with agitated clusters of silver and white marks flowing southwest across a deep blue-black ground, their density reflecting the low pressure system and their restless energy echoing the 6.3 m/s winds, while cool blues and stark whites capture the subzero temperatures against atmospheric veils of moderate opacity.
