Creative rationale

Above the high Andes of Bolivia and Peru, where extreme altitude creates an otherworldly atmospheric environment, the data reveals a fascinating meteorological portrait. The exceptionally low sea-level pressure of 638.3 hPa with its steep gradient suggests we're witnessing conditions at extraordinary elevation, while the gentle 2 m/s wind from the northwest and high humidity create an almost meditative atmospheric state. This translates into a Sam Francis-inspired composition where saturated color pools gather densely at the canvas edges, deep ultramarines and cadmium reds responding to the low pressure, while the calm wind allows for expansive luminous white space to dominate the center, punctuated by delicate splatters that barely venture inward from their chromatic reservoirs.
