Creative Rationale

Over the Arctic Ocean at 60 degrees north latitude directly on the prime meridian, harsh polar conditions create a dramatic atmospheric tableau. The extremely cold temperature of 13.7 Kelvin (-259°F) combined with moderate westerly winds and high humidity suggests a frozen maritime environment where moisture hangs suspended in the frigid air.
