Creative rationale

Over the Arctic Ocean north of northeastern Siberia, extreme atmospheric conditions create a dramatic winter scene where bitter cold air (-261°F) meets nearly saturated moisture and moderate winds. The exceptionally low pressure system (925.6 hPa) and high humidity (95%) suggest dense, heavy atmospheric masses, while the easterly winds at 7.1 m/s drive dynamic movement across this polar landscape. I've interpreted this as a Sam Francis-inspired explosion where icy blues and muted earth tones pool heavily at the canvas edges, driven outward by wind-scattered splatters, while the extreme cold keeps the center relatively calm with expansive white breathing space punctuated by crystalline bursts of color.
