Creative Rationale
Above the western Pacific Ocean southeast of Japan, where warm ocean currents meet atmospheric turbulence. The moderate wind speed of 6.9 m/s creates energetic but controlled color explosions that burst outward from multiple centers, while the low sea-level pressure of 1007.3 Pa generates heavy pools of saturated color accumulating at the canvas edges. The warm temperature anomaly of 9.6 K above normal drives an intense palette of vivid cadmium reds and ultramarine blues, with the high humidity of 80% adding layers of translucent washes that blend and flow into each other.
