Creative Rationale
Over the high plateaus of Afghanistan and western Pakistan, where the Hindu Kush mountains meet the desert borderlands, extremely low atmospheric pressure creates a compressed, claustrophobic visual field while the moderate temperature anomaly generates forms caught between lyrical floating and subtle distortion. The gentle easterly wind adds soft gestural energy that moves through thin translucent washes, while the mid-range humidity allows biomorphic shapes to maintain some definition even as their edges blur and dissolve into memory and dream.
