Following Norman Lewis's gestural vocabulary, I've rendered this as a processional of delicate calligraphic marks flowing diagonally across a deep blue-black ground, with the wind's 164-degree direction pulling clusters of warm ochre and white notations from upper left toward lower right, while the high humidity creates layered atmospheric veils that envelope and partially obscure the mark-making, suggesting the jazz-like rhythms of weather systems moving across open ocean.
