The high relative humidity and light precipitation suggest misty, saturated conditions that I've interpreted through Francis's signature approach of color pooling at the canvas edges - deep ultramarines and viridians accumulating like storm cells, while the substantial pressure creates dense, almost jewel-like color concentrations. The moderate wind speed translates to energetic but controlled splatters that reach toward the center without overwhelming the luminous white breathing space that Francis so masterfully employed.
