Creative Rationale

Over the tropical Atlantic northeast of French Guiana and Suriname, warm equatorial waters generate moderate winds and high humidity beneath a canvas of scattered clouds. The moderate pressure and gentle precipitation create conditions ripe for Peter Max's cosmic optimism, with the Earth orb glowing warmly in electric magentas and acid yellows against a densely populated starfield.
