Creative rationale

Over the tropical waters of the Western Pacific near the Philippines, warm humid air carries the memory of distant typhoons while gentle southwest winds sweep across the ocean surface. The moderate pressure gradient and significant temperature anomaly suggest dynamic atmospheric layering, which I interpret through Richter's signature squeegee technique with diagonal drags revealing warmer underlying colors. The high humidity and light precipitation create a sense of multiple paint layers being simultaneously applied and scraped away, exposing complex color relationships beneath.
