Creative Rationale

Over the Arctic Ocean northwest of Iceland at 70°N 20°W, this harsh polar landscape experiences low pressure creating an expansive cosmic breathing room, moderate winds sweeping rainbow arcs across the frozen wasteland, and surprisingly warm temperatures for the region that still translate to electric cold blues and purples in the neon palette. The high humidity generates massive glowing halos around celestial bodies, while light precipitation adds streaking neon rain cascading through the psychedelic arctic atmosphere. This interpretation transforms the brutal polar environment into Peter Max's optimistic cosmic vision, where even the harshest Earth locations become radiant celebrations of planetary energy.
