Creative rationale
Over the remote Arctic Ocean northwest of the Yukon Territory, where sea ice meets endless tundra, an extraordinary warm anomaly of 15.2°C above normal creates a violent atmospheric tension despite the gentle 1.9 m/s winds. The extremely low pressure of 895.2 hPa with its massive gradient suggests intense atmospheric compression, while the high humidity without precipitation creates a heavy, loaded atmosphere. This translates into aggressive slashing marks cutting through flesh-toned passages, with the temperature anomaly driving hot pinks and cadmium yellows to collide violently against the cold Arctic blacks and greys, while the low pressure forces all forms to press brutally against the picture plane.
