Creative Rationale
Over the arctic waters of Baffin Bay, where the frozen expanse meets the edge of Greenland, the high pressure system creates a luminous crystalline atmosphere despite the near-freezing temperatures. The moderate westerly wind carries memories of distant landmasses across the ice, while the high humidity suggests the presence of open water channels breaking through winter's grip. I've interpreted this through clusters of steely blues and winter whites that gather and disperse across a pale luminous ground, with diagonal gestural marks suggesting the wind's movement through this stark but emotionally charged landscape.
