Creative rationale
Over the Baffin Bay waters west of Greenland, where arctic currents meet warmer Atlantic flows, moderate winds of 9.6 m/s from the west-northwest create steady atmospheric motion while high humidity at 87% generates a luminous, moisture-laden atmosphere. The unusually warm temperature of 9.3°C for this polar location, combined with normal sea-level pressure of 1005.9 hPa, translates into medium-density calligraphic marks that pulse with humid luminosity against a cool blue-black ground. Following Tobey's "white writing" approach, I've created an all-over composition of silvery-white marks that breathe and glow, suggesting the mystical energy of arctic light filtering through moisture-heavy air.
